Punching Down - Episode 12

We have a few questions:

* How should news organizations deal with nasty @ mentions by mean people on Twitter? Is it better to act all stand-offish? What about occasionally getting in flame wars? Would that be acceptable? (Eve and Justin mostly fail at answering these questions, so maybe you have some ideas? Let us know by tweeting @ us!)
