George Kelly participates in our Morning Coffee Project (send in your own candid shots of a person drinking coffee and reading a print paper, we’re at punchingdown@gmail.com)! He writes:
A gentleman I didn’t find the nerve to interrupt reads the San Francisco Chronicle near the door of Starbucks in the 1300 block of North Main St. at Duncan St. in Walnut Creek just before 10 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 26, 2011. Single copies of the Chronicle, USA Today, and the Wall Street Journal each cost $2 on Saturdays; a copy of the Contra Costa Times, the local paper where I happen to work, costs 75 cents.
